Death Of Obong Akpan Isemin: UUTH Reacts
In line with the directive by Government for authorities of the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, (UUTH) to offer explanation on how a former civilian Governor died while receiving treatment in UUTH, the management of the Hospital says the death of the first civilian governor of the state, Obong Akpan Isemin was not caused by the hospital, but by the deceased.
Chairman Assures On Free Education
The chairman, Nsit Ubium Local Government Area says his administration will promote the free and compulsory education of the state government at the grassroots.
